Team Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Team Director to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our Outsourcing department, you will provide high-quality services to clients who do not have their own in-house accountants.

The successful candidate will manage their own client portfolio, prepare and complete accurate management accounts and VAT returns, and liaise with clients to ensure queries are answered and outsourced finance solutions are delivered. They will also use cloud-based technologies to complete tasks and take leadership responsibility over the team, supporting junior staff members.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • You should be ACA / ACCA/ CIMA qualified with a history of managing a client portfolio.
  • You will have experience using software such as Xero, Excel and Quickbooks.
  • You should have previous experience working within a practice firm.
  • Strong communication skills and management accounts experience are essential.
