Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Kitchen Professional to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our care home kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared and served to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Cook for large groups and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain accurate records of menu planning, inventory, and staff performance

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience as head chef or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of running a successful kitchen with a focus on nutrition and customer satisfaction
  • Able to cook for 30+ people in one sitting and manage menu planning and inventory control
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management
  • Familiarity with IDDSI training and ability to adapt to changing patient needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary Estimate: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
