About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and caring environment, supporting patients and their families with high-quality care.
Job Summary
The Clinical Support Worker will provide personalized care and support to patients, working closely with registered professionals and multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for undertaking various tasks, including administering care, maintaining patient records, and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, individualized care to patients under the direction of registered professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues
- Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Assisting with the discharge process for patients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a healthcare or people-centered environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Able to present information accurately and clearly
