Volunteer Opportunity at The Rowans Hospice

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Donation Collection & Delivery Phone Coordinator Volunteer at our warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is passionate about retail and wants to make a difference in their community by volunteering with us.

You will have the chance to work alongside a friendly team of staff and volunteers who provide vital income, enabling The Rowans Hospice to deliver hospice care and support to those in need.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via telephone
  2. Book donations and deliveries efficiently
  3. Enter bookings into our system accurately
  4. Collaborate closely with the Retail Business Support Team
