Child Health Services Manager

We are seeking a Child Health Services Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This role will be based in the Essex area, where we have secured new care packages.
As a Child Health Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and families in the community. Your key tasks will include:
- Managing a caseload of children with complex care needs
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Providing training and guidance to staff members
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in nursing or a related field
- Experience in managing a caseload of children with complex care needs
