Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager at Pixi Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies to raise brand awareness, expanding store traffic, and optimizing profitability. They will also be expected to meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong leader who can demonstrate assertive, confident, but approachable behavior. The right candidate will have excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as good personnel management skills with strong forward planning and implementation of new processes.

The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, and proposing innovative ideas to increase sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience
  • Poweful leading skills and business orientation
  • Customer management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability on strong YOY sales growth

  • Can work well under pressure & in a fast pace environment

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
