About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our executive team as Chief People Officer. As a key member of the Trust Board, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our improvement and cultural transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership of the Trust's people and organisational development functions
  • Providing leadership and direction to the Trust Board on all people and organisational development matters
  • Leading teams across Organisation Development, Culture & Leadership, Resourcing and Systems, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Engagement and Experience, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, and Freedom to Speak Up functions
  • Championing values-based, compassionate, inclusive and innovative leadership
  • Promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at all levels
  • Leading on the delivery of the Trust's strategic People agenda
  • Representing the Trust externally and establishing effective networks and partnerships
