Job Title: Systems And Tools Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Systems and Tools team at MBDA. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative software applications that enhance customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new or improve existing software applications using software best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support management team to improve data analysis techniques.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, user guides, test plans, and work packages.
  • Act as lead developer on projects, carrying out software development lifecycle activities.
  • Work with a multi-national team, with opportunities for international travel and language skill development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in software development and/or good experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Knowledge in Back-end & front-end programming languages (Microsoft SQL, C#, Java/JavaScript, PowerShell).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both IT experts and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to manage and set own priorities to meet objectives.
  • Understanding of client requirements and how they translate into application features.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
