As an E-commerce Merchandiser at Dept Agency, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer experiences through strategic product curation and category management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandiser to join our team in London. As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing category pages, prioritizing merchandising based on conversion and business performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns and track performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of category pages, ensuring site standards are always achieved or exceeded
  • Manage client briefs from start to finish - supporting with inventory planning, wireframing, campaign and events builds and QA-ing, ensuring successful delivery to client deadlines across multiple activities
  • Build a full understanding of the clients' content management systems and objectives, advising on the solution that best meets their needs
  • Construct the optimum product range for the target market by balancing price architecture, product variety and other parameters
  • Source items - uploading, merchandising and continuously optimising events, campaigns and category pages
  • To ensure all campaigns and events are prioritised consistently across desktop, mobile and email platforms
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and feeding insight and proposed actions into Lead Merchandisers and clients for weekly trading reports.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandiser with a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce merchandising. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to work under pressure, and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience.
