Imagine orchestrating unforgettable experiences at the world's most incredible properties and locations, alongside exclusive access to the best dining and entertainment venues. Your role is to build lasting relationships with clients, becoming an expert in their preferences and curating personalized recommendations for experiences that create lifelong memories.

  • Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design personalized travel plans that reflect the unique tastes and requirements of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Event Development and Hosting: Create, attend, and host events to showcase our offerings, engage with members, and enhance the visibility of our services.
  • Experience Curation and Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with product and content teams to develop unique experiences, work with concierge services, destination specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends to continuously enhance the quality of our services offered.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
  • Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
  • Availability to provide round-the-clock service to clients, as needed.
  • Proficiency in using advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools. Added Bonus if experienced with a GDS system.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
