Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the Facade works, specifically curtain walling, for a prestigious project in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing facade packages and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and working closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager
  • Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Keeping accurate site diaries and amending RAMS as necessary
  • Quality assurance and ensuring all work meets the required standards
  • Managing labor and allocating tasks to team members
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Overseeing all external facade construction operations
Requirements:
  • CSCS certification
  • SMSTS qualification
  • First aid training
  • At least 10 years of management experience, with a strong background in curtain walling
