Casino Manager Role at Grosvenor Northampton

**About Us**

Grosvenor Casinos is a leading gaming operator with a long history of providing exceptional entertainment experiences to its customers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Casino Manager to join our team at our Northampton location.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,304 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, a balanced 40-hour work week, share of tips, life cover, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme, and 50% off all food.

  • Job Description: Lead a team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience, drive the performance of the casino, champion and role model our values, proactively drive sales and control margin and costs, ensure compliance with all regulation.


Key Requirements

This is a senior role that requires a highly skilled individual with experience in managing teams, driving sales, and controlling costs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve great results.

  • Main Skills and Qualifications: Develop a strong team of multi-skilled employees, deliver an excellent product and customer experience, drive the performance of the casino, champion and role model our values, proactively drive sales and control margin and costs, ensure compliance with all regulation.
