What You'll Do
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to ensure our products are designed for manufacture, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and validate new manufacturing processes within our Wound Operational franchise, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Support design transfer activities for new product launches, embedding new products into operations and ensuring capacity for growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Operations to align design and manufacturing, offering a preliminary route to manufacture.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced engineer with a relevant background, such as a B.ENG degree or Higher National Certificate. You'll have a passion for manufacturing processes and a drive for innovation. Experience with NPI and supplier relationship management is a plus, but not essential.
