We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Administrator to join our Land Team at Environment Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Habitat Bank creation and management program.
Key Responsibilities- Enquiry Management: Manage inbound enquiries to the Land Team from landowners and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution.
- Contract Administration: Assist Project Managers in the issuance of contracts and other documentation to contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Health & Safety: Collaborate with Health & Safety leads, Land Managers, and Project Managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date Health & Safety documentation, recorded on our CRM system.
- Due Diligence: Assist Land Managers in compiling due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, project delivery, legal, and finance.
- General Secretarial Support: Provide administrative support to the Land Team, including the Estates Director and Land Director, as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in the rural sector, preferably with knowledge of land registry and other publicly available legal and land management data sources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and self-starting, with the ability to manage personal schedule, maintain records, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience of CRM systems an advantage.
