Divisional Growth Manager

Wates is looking for a skilled Divisional Growth Manager to oversee our Planned Maintenance division's commercial activities. The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop a divisional strategy that aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage profit and loss responsibility for the region, overseeing major client accounts and driving account evolution, expansion, and growth.
- Promote HS&E excellence, ensuring compliance with Zero Harm strategy and Bold Commitments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in growing and developing contracts, delivering high-quality customer service, and driving business growth. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of energy companies and funding routes, and experience with SHDF compliance & lodgement process are essential.
This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to achieve business goals and drive success.
Estimated salary: £85,000 - £120,000 per annum.
