We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Benefits Administrator to join our team at Mission 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and administrative support in the area of corporate benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate benefits schemes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client accounts and benefits schemes
  • Process new joiners to pension schemes and ensure seamless transitions
  • Update databases and maintain client files to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Identify and process commission payments and ensure premiums are paid
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate benefits role
  • Excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes and benefit products
  • Direct experience of auto enrolment and rebroke knowledge
  • Excellent client service and administrative skills
  • Ability to build and develop effective working relationships
  • Collaborative, solutions-driven, and able to work autonomously
