Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in pharmacy services or BTEC Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent or master's in pharmacy or equivalent.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Formal training in project management PRINCE2, APM (PMQ) or equivalent experience obtained in a project environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare education management or commissioning, acquired through post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training.
- Knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools, PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programs, Agile or equivalent (APM).
- Knowledge and understanding of education, training, professional development, and support systems and structures in healthcare.
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience of managing professional support for trainees/learners and multiprofessional faculty development, and associated professional teams.
- Experience of supporting the improvement of quality within a health and/or social care setting.
- Experience in the development of health policy, adopting an inclusive approach that fosters the co-development of achievable implementation plans to deliver agreed strategic outcomes.
- Experience of taking information from a number of sources and providing analysis, summary, and options within detailed report information.
- Demonstrable record of achievement of working in a multi-agency and project-centered environment.
- Track record in stakeholder management with the ability to influence key decision makers and drive change.
- Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment with diverse stakeholder input.
- Experience of achieving objectives by working with others not under direct line management control.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, demonstrating the key values of NHSE WT&E.
- Empowered and enabled to deliver, demonstrating a strong desire to improve performance and make a difference by focusing on goals.
- Positive and flexible approach to work with an ability to cope with uncertainty and adapt while working in a busy environment. Ability to act as a role model to others in own behavior and fostering an inclusive culture by providing practical leadership.
