About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Security Manager to join our innovative Security team at I3. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Identity and Access Management delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Enterprise Identity Solutions: Provide clear guidance and requirements for developing and executing on enterprise identity solutions.
  • Steward Excellent Security Practices: Steward excellent security practices as it relates to securing I3 against Identity related threats by working with architects and security counterparts and internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
  • Establish Identity and Access Management Processes: Establish standards, driving designs and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls which help improve operations and lower risk.
  • Guide Business Teams: Guide business internal teams through best practice and highlight and remediate any areas of concern. Act as the conduit between the business and technical teams on all IAM issues.
  • Own Requirements and Solution Design: Own, write and review requirements with relevant stakeholders; negotiate detailed requirements and solution design and manage any exception processes.
  • Define Business Processes and Dashboards: Define and implement business processes, dashboards, use cases and documentation to ensure a secure, robust and resilient program.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation in relation to IAM for the team to reference and share with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of IAM Concepts: Knowledge of general industry IAM concepts and best practices.
  • Security and Compliance Frameworks: Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST/FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, ZeroTrust, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc.
  • Experience in IAM: At least five years' work experience within the Identity and Access Management area.
  • Technical, Business, and IT Roles: Experience in technical, business, and/or IT roles with focus on Identity and Access Management.
  • Developing and Executing Enterprise Identity Solutions: Proven track record of developing and executing on enterprise identity solutions.
  • Vendor IAM Tools: Experience of working and managing vendor IAM tools and PAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, CA PAM, Imprivata, Azure MFA etc.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
