Ecommerce Business Development Manager

A highly skilled and commercially focused Ecommerce Manager is required to drive sales growth and profitability for a rapidly expanding digital retailer based in Lancashire. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this individual will have full autonomy to manage the website and CRM system.
This pivotal role requires an analytical mindset, strong retail experience, and a hunger for online trading optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, working closely with product and merchandising teams to increase sales and revenue. Additionally, they will be expected to drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and optimize online trading using data-driven insights.
With a strong background in digital marketing, including Automated PPC campaigns (Google & Facebook), SEO, and social media, this individual will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving customer lifetime value via CRM. The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus, depending on experience.
