About the Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of secondary students with learning difficulties, autism, or speech, language and communication needs. As a Learning Support Professional for Secondary Students, you will work closely with our experienced staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support and teaching to students aged 11-16. You will adapt your approach to meet the unique requirements of each student, using your creativity and expertise to create a positive learning environment that encourages students to thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students with learning difficulties, autism, or speech, language and communication needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students, adapting your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience.
