Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Landmarc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their Technology Enablement Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements, defining product visions, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, systems, and user needs
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints
  • Facilitate effective communication between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are adequately addressed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work with architecture, engineering, data, and operations teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and user needs
  • Validate proposed solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback sessions
Requirements:
  • Strong background in business analysis and product ownership
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions
  • Proactive, innovative, and committed to driving business success through effective technology enablement
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business requirements
  • Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business Studies
  • Certifications in business analysis or agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster or Agile Project Management
