Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per year (£80.00 - £95.00 per day)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Professional to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Positive Relationships: Establish strong relationships with students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Behaviour Management: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to improve student behaviour and self-regulation.
  • Supporting Teachers: Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Student Progress: Document and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience Working with Vulnerable Students: An asset, but not essential.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience and Empathy: A genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Willingness to work effectively in a team and independently.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per year (£80.00 - £95.00 per day)
