Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take on a more senior role to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in Swindon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the educational curriculum and be able to integrate key learning objectives, assessment criteria, and innovative instructional methodologies into their teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students across Primary School age groups, showcasing adaptability and versatility in providing tailored support to children with varying needs.
  • Work closely with long-term teachers to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
  • Contribute to shaping the educational journey of students, ensuring each student receives personalized attention and support.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
