We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our client based in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will be responsible for leading organisational development initiatives, including change management, recruitment, and talent management.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at a similar level, with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the role:

You will work in partnership with the senior management team and other professional advisers to develop and deliver organisational development initiatives, including change management, recruitment, and talent management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead organisational development initiatives
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on organisational design
  • Manage change management projects
  • Recruit and manage talent

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working at a similar level
  • Excellent communication skills
