Specialist SACT Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cancer Services team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Developmental Band 5/6 Health and Wellbeing Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our specialist SACT Nurses and Practice Development Nurses to complete a set of competencies and objectives, leading to an uplifted permanent Band 6 Specialist SACT Nurse role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients prior to commencement of therapy
- Undertaking identification of care plans
- Administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer/hematological treatments
- Assessing patients' health and wellbeing
- Assisting in the delivery of care to meet individual health and wellbeing needs
