We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Center Parcs. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items to agreed standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist the Kitchen Managers with the supervision and coaching of Kitchen Assistants, maintaining a smooth-running kitchen environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area is maintained to a high standard, adhering to company and legal requirements.
- Support the Kitchen Managers with the implementation and production of menus, procedures, and standards as required.
- Attend all company training as required for legal purposes, personal development, or development of new menus and dishes.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and provide excellent communication skills.
- Kitchen Assistant experience, with a natural flair for cooking and presentation.
- Naturally cheerful, patient, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
