Job Title: Product Owner - Front Office

Description

EDF Trading is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our Front Office product. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and requirements, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and test product features, ensuring that they meet our quality and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with our business stakeholders to ensure that our product aligns with our business strategy and goals.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development, ensuring that our product is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in software development and delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
  • Experience working in a commodity trading environment, with a strong understanding of energy trading and risk management.
