Product Owner for IRIS My ePay Window

IRIS Software Group is a leading provider of business-critical software solutions and services. We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and shape the development of our employee payroll portal, IRIS's My ePay Window (MEPW) software.

This secure online platform provides a cloud self-service payslip and payroll collaboration facility for employees, employers, and payroll bureaus. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical delivery meets business needs and for updating and communicating with business stakeholders.

You will work closely with technical resources to identify requirements, scope, benefits, and desired outcomes for your areas of change. Your expertise in Agile Methodologies and product development will be essential in driving innovation and positive disruption.

We are looking for a specialist in Payroll & HR software who can bring out the best in design, UI, and UX. If you have a passion for creating clear and concise customer-oriented requirements and outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the translation of the product vision to development deliverables
  • Ensure technical delivery meets business needs
  • Update and communicate with business stakeholders
  • Work closely with technical resources to identify requirements and scope
  • Drive innovation and positive disruption through Agile Methodologies

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software deliverables
  • Excellent track record of translating and delivering clear, detailed requirements and supporting backlogs
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging with and putting the customer first
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and flexible approach to agile software development, tools, and processes
