Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Marketing Execution: Develop, execute, and report on trade marketing plans, ensuring effective implementation through various channels.
  • Brand Management: Assist in developing briefs for advertising, media, point of sale, and packaging design agencies, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Liaise with logistics and colleagues to ensure continuity of supply, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and maintain presentations for customers, supporting sales teams through brand updates and marketing expertise.
  • Performance Management: Take responsibility for sales and profit forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: Relevant and recent marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably with knowledge of grocery or pharmacy trade sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Health & Beauty, OTC, or Licensed medicines, with a working knowledge/experience of highly regulated markets.
  • Qualifications: Recognised Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) is essential, with a Marketing degree preferred.
  • Education: Good standard of general education including Maths and English.
