Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team at Green Shoots Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with the brand's overall strategy.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and tools to the business.
- Manage and maintain social media presence, creating engaging content and growing followers and engagement.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
- Be a primary contact with online agencies and partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption across the business brands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media, email, and search engine optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
