About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional to take on a leadership role in our Managed Services team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a team of Managed Service Support Consultants, delivering high-quality solutions to our SAP ECC & S4 HANA customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert-level advisory and consultative support to our UK customer base, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  2. Develop and communicate deliverable status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  3. Analyse, configure, and implement solutions, collaborating with Functional and Development Consultants as needed.
  4. Test and document new solutions, ensuring seamless handover to customers.
  5. Communicate progress and updates to customers and Service Delivery Managers, maintaining strong relationships.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation.
  7. Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership skills to support and guide junior team members.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned SAP professional with a strong background in developing technical solutions for back-end and front-end applications. Your expertise in Object-Oriented programming, report writing, and workflow solutions will be invaluable in this role.

Key qualifications include:

  1. 8+ years' experience developing SAP technical solutions.
  2. Leadership experience in designing complex technical solutions.
  3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Experience with Object-Oriented programming, report writing, and workflow solutions.
  5. ITIL knowledge or certification is essential.
