**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber sales professional to join our team as an Associate Product Manager.

This role involves product planning, delivery, and market research throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with our development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet market needs and achieve consistently high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysis, and your own experience.
  • Manage the delivery of the product.
  • Write business cases for new product investments and gain internal approval.
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for the products.
  • Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other mechanisms.
  • Collate feedback from sales and customers and feedback into product roadmaps.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in senior-level meetings.
  • Deliver regular volume, revenue, and profit forecasts using business intelligence and market conditions.

**Requirements**

  • Educated to degree standard or similar in engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years relevant product management experience from within a transferable role.
  • Demonstrable understanding of product engineering and management principles.
  • Experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Proven negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to represent the Company at all levels.
  • Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with methodical approach to achieving results.

**Salary**

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
