As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing laboratory equipment in various settings. Job Duties
- Perform on-site service, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment in hospitals, universities, and research establishments
- Complete service reports and calibration certificates as required
- Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and communication

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a field service or engineering capacity on laboratory equipment, medical devices, dental equipment, or similar
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel on business with overnight stays

Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus a company car, 20 days' holiday (rising to 25 with service), Christmas shutdown, pension scheme, and no weekend or bank holiday working or call outs.
