About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our UK operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence in electrical standards, factory services, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize utility usage, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of regulatory compliance, ensuring all engineering activities meet industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a senior engineering management role within the manufacturing sector.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • A NEBOSH Certificate qualification and a Mechanical or Electrical degree (or equivalent) would be highly advantageous.
