Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide support to a Year 6 class, working one-to-one with students and contributing to general classroom duties.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a primary school or with school-aged children, a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification, and previous SEND experience. A willingness to comply with the school's policies and implement them effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students in a Year 6 class
  • Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school
  • Support students' progression and encourage their development
  • Comply with the school's policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working in a primary school or with school-aged children
  • Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification
  • Previous SEND experience
