About the Role:

We are seeking a Total Reward Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and experience in compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, bonus, LTI plans, and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute the annual communication plan.
  • Undertake governance and compliance checks to ensure compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on reward cycles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday systems and payroll software.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
