About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to learners across England, supporting them to achieve their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of learners across your region, face-to-face and remotely
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interest and career
  • Utilize an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Trainer who has a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, and significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting. An assessing qualification, such as TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA, would be advantageous, as would a teaching qualification, such as AET, PTLLS. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
