Early Years Trainer

The Role
We are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners across England in their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses.
As a Trainer Assessor, your focus will be to provide the support learners need to flourish through their apprenticeship journey with Realise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a caseload of learners across your region, face to face and remotely
- Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications
- Develop appropriate solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interest and career
- Utilise an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
The Salary
Salary bandings vary based on qualifications and experience:
- Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications: £25,000
- Qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3: £27,500
- Qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5: £28,500
- Bonus up to £160 for each learner referred

About You
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
