Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager assists the General Manager to deliver quality service by developing and managing a well-trained, motivated, guest-orientated team.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. To establish and maintain excellent guest relations at all times
  2. To ensure all guest feedback is dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner to promote and grow the good reputation
  3. To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  4. To manage employee relations informally and formally in conjunction with company policies and procedures and P&D
  5. To report and follow up all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery
  6. To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to the Company procedures
  7. To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that all operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager who:

  • Has a strong background in hospitality management
  • Is able to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Has a deep understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Is able to manage budgets and resources effectively
