About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Growth to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and coordinating customer relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and convert enquiries into tangible orders.
  • Client Engagement: Present the company's credentials to new and existing clients, build relationships with key influencers, and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with the Project Management team to monitor live quotes and projects, prepare tender documents, and present the company's services to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continually seek to improve the sales process, analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for repeat business, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Negotiation: Network with industry professionals and customers at marketing and trade events to build relationships and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, and relationship management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, commercially astute, numerate, and proficient in IT.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for sales and business development and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
