Job Title: Director of Business Growth
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Growth to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and coordinating customer relationship management.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Sales and Relationship Management: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and convert enquiries into tangible orders.
- Client Engagement: Present the company's credentials to new and existing clients, build relationships with key influencers, and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with the Project Management team to monitor live quotes and projects, prepare tender documents, and present the company's services to potential clients.
- Sales Process Improvement: Continually seek to improve the sales process, analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for repeat business, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Negotiation: Network with industry professionals and customers at marketing and trade events to build relationships and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
">- Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, commercially astute, numerate, and proficient in IT.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
