Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our environmental service team, you will be responsible for providing support on environmental systems and equipment for major automotive, aerospace, electronics, pharmaceutical, and scientific sites across the region.

About Us: Wallace Hind Selection LTD is a global manufacturer of environmental test chambers, offering bespoke solutions to leading players in the automotive, aerospace, defence, pharmaceutical, and life science sectors.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, paid door-to-door with opportunities for overtime. You will also receive 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a company van for personal use, and a 4% pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing maintenance and repair services for environmental systems and equipment
  • Working as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve service quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of environmental systems and equipment
  • F-Gas certification and 17th / 18th Edition electrical qualifications
  • Practical experience working with commercial and industrial refrigeration systems

Cascade experience is highly desirable.
