Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Mitie Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual objectives for technicians, aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and develop local improvement programs.
- Commercially develop the contract to grow through adding additional services and delivering additional projects.
- Monitor contract budgets and focus on meeting budget and controlling costs.
- Benchmark performance data across similar contracts and industries.
- Agree and document performance targets and risk registers with clients and Mitie.
- Ensure that all PPM and Reactive calls, SLAs, and KPIs are met for the contract.
- Support the development of new sales and ensure continuous growth.
- Develop and demonstrate energy initiatives to improve consumption.
- Provide management information and reporting as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Relevant professional, technical, and management qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the facilities management industry.
- Proven experience in managing large P&L budgets.
- Experience of total facilities management and encouraging innovation and managing change.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively.
