We are excited to offer the opportunity for a skilled Telecoms Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team at IP Exchange Ltd.

This role is essential in providing high-level technical support and driving the success of our service offerings, requiring a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, enhancing our product development, and maintaining our reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support across various service lines including mobile, connectivity, and IT, adhering to company SLAs.
  2. Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve first through third line customer issues promptly.
  3. System Installation: Assist in the provisioning, installation, and maintenance of systems, including conducting site surveys and technical health checks.
  4. Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customers focusing on the technical setup, training, and resource development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rlevant hands-on experience in a telecoms setting.
  • IT-related qualification (minimum A Level) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience in VoIP engineering, including SIP, RTP, and other protocols.
  • Demonstrable skill in troubleshooting and problem-solving within VoIP environments.
