Synergi Search & Select Ltd is seeking a High-Speed Production Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment.

Job Requirements
  • Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum

In this role, you will conduct reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery, responding quickly to unscheduled plant stoppages. You will also work closely with the engineering and production team to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing regular maintenance activities to prevent downtime
  • Responding to emergencies and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of industrial processes and quality procedures. A recognized engineering qualification or apprenticeship is essential, and experience of industrial 3-phase motor and control systems is highly desirable.
