High-Speed Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Speed Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Cambridgeshire.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-speed production and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced maintenance engineers looking to take their skills to the next level, with a competitive salary of £46,000 (rising to £51,000 after training) and a range of benefits.
About the Role:
- Carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment
- Work on high-speed production and packaging machinery, industrial processing equipment, site services, and associated plant
- Maintain machinery performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Solve complex technical problems and implement improvements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Able to work at heights, lift heavy equipment/parts, and work in confined spaces
- Knowledge of PLC systems and control panel setup
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
