Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Administrator to join our team. As a Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless platform administration and technical queries are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Support
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via our platform helpline, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and manage client transfers, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
Platform Administration
  • Manage internal and external mailboxes, ensuring prompt response to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process Third Party Letter of Authority requests, adhering to agreed service level agreements.
  • Process platform accounts Exits and Death notifications, tracking and supporting closures to completion within agreed SLAs.
  • Review platform accounts and data reports, identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions.
  • Issue Quarterly/Tax Statements and transactional SIPP documentation to clients.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients, resolving platform-related queries and issues.
  • Monitor and escalate platform client transfers, following agreed procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data on the Back Office system, adhering to company processes.
  • Support online trading for other company platforms, facilitating money movements and regular contributions.
  • Cash Account monitoring and reporting.

About You

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.
  2. Experience working in a small to medium-sized financial services environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong desire to deliver exceptional service and a focused approach to achieving the best outcome for clients and the business.
  5. Ability to consistently deliver within service standards.
  6. Strong organisational skills, flexible, and proactive approach to getting the job done.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
  8. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Proven ability to work on own initiative.
  10. Experience working with Investment Wrap Platforms.
  11. Experience monitoring and processing Platform cash levels and trading.
  12. Experience using back-office and ticketing systems.
  13. Experience working in an environment of significant change.
