About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to drive industry-leading Anti-Money Laundering products as a Product Manager at NICE Actimize. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategy, evolution, and positioning of our market-leading AML product, focusing on Customer Due Diligence including Screening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy to maintain and extend leadership in the AML market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, marketing, and sales, to drive product innovation and growth.
  • Lead the product lifecycle, from market understanding to product release, ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging market research, client/user feedback, and historical pipeline/booking data.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance, as well as data privacy and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering innovation with SaaS products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment, with direct reports in multiple geographical locations, interacting with a wide range of different cultures.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive teams to meet deadlines.
  • BSc or BA degree, or higher.
