Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at MET Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and product-related problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and increase sales.
  • Record and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including sales, technical support, and product development.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the manufacturing and shipping process.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
