About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Site Engineer to join our team at Robertson Group. As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting out of works, including earthworks, foundations, structural steel, and block work.
  • Quality Control.
  • Ensuring all plant and machines are used efficiently on site.
  • Enforcing safety procedures.
  • Keeping site records up to date.
  • Maintaining a filing system.
  • Ensuring the site is tidy.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant subject, excellent planning and prioritizing skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
