Grill Cook Job Description

Vira International Ltd is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic fast food restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of meats (such as beef, chicken, lamb, and fish) and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques.
  • Marinate and season food items according to restaurant recipes, ensuring rich, authentic flavours.
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking times, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.
  • Manage the grill station, ensuring it is set up and stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies at the start of each shift.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, especially during peak hours.
